HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

F/T Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

Applicants will be responsible for:

  • Recruiting and staffing
  • Performance management
  • Compliance to regulatory concerns
  • Employee orientation and onboarding
  • Policy development and enforcement
  • Employee relations
  • Fringe benefits

Applicants must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited college or higher
  • Experience managing people and projects
  • At least 3+ years’ experience in progressively responsible HR role
  • At least 3+ years’ experience in supervisory role
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Pass criminal background check and drug screen
