What is ELEVATE?
ELEVATE is an 8-hour couples education program based on the seven principles described in the National Extension Relationship and Marriage Education Model.
This is not therapy! During our program, couples engage in fun activities and learn skills they can use to better manage stress, deal with differences in healthy ways, and “elevate” the quality of their relationships.
For Couples
Healthy relationships lead to positive parenting and better outcomes for children.
Partnering with UGA's Project F.R.E.E. Program
CAFI partners with the University of Georgia to provide a couple education program. These workshops are available both in-person and virtually.
